He has over 20 years consulting experience working with a wide range of employers including BBDO Detroit, Freudenberg-NOK, Comerica Bank, Accident Fund, MACI, and organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, energy, tribal communities, associations and education in the areas of total rewards, performance management, and management development. In addition he is a nationally recognized seminar leader on HR topics including compensation and performance management systems, controlling benefits costs, legal compliance, finance and strategy and management development. He has held positions with both regional and worldwide consulting firms and served on the faculty of Michigan State University. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science and a Master’s degree in HR from Michigan State University.
